At Mazzémé, we take pride in our efficient and thoughtful shipping process, ensuring your handcrafted treasures flow seamlessly from our artisans to your door. Please review the following details regarding our shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our team carefully packages each handcrafted item to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods such as seasonal sales or special collection launches, shipments may experience slight delays. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping option selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (domestic)

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please be aware that Mazzémé is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the import process, such as duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

International customers should familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations and potential additional costs before placing an order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Packaging

Each Mazzémé item is thoughtfully packaged using sustainable materials that reflect our commitment to environmental mindfulness. Our packaging is designed to protect your handcrafted treasures while minimizing environmental impact.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@mazzeme.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in locating your package or exploring appropriate solutions.

Once a package leaves our facility, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier. While we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance, we will work diligently with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Mazzémé is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact support@mazzeme.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order in any way (combining multiple orders, canceling an order, or changing shipping methods), please contact support@mazzeme.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
